The Forza Horizon festival will land in Mexico for the next instalment of the game it has been announced. Forza Horizon 5 was unveiled at E3 with a stunning trailer that captures what makes the series awesome, namely fast racing over varied terrain, a stunning location and the coolest cars on sale today.

Looks good, doesn't it?

Forza has a knack for making impressive looking games but this looks like it'll be the best one yet. Explore the varied terrain of Mexico (including an active volcano) in stunning 4K and enjoy incredibly accurate models in ForzaVista mode thanks to ray-tracing. It'll look especially amazing on the new Xbox Series X|S (if you can get your hands on one).

Any new cars?

New cars we could make out from the trailer include:

Mercedes-AMG Project ONE

Porsche Taycan

Ford Bronco

Land Rover Defender

A Porsche 911 Safari-type car is also present.

Expect to see plenty of other cars and returning favourites present too. A leaked Hot Wheels set from earlier this year included the 2019 Mercedes A-Class so we can expect that to be included too.

When does it launch?

Forza Horizon 5 launches on November 9, 2021, and will be playable on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. It has been confirmed to be part of the Xbox Game Pass.
